*The DISC model is a theory that was originally developed in 1928 by William Moulton Marston, and provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others, within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships. DISC measures personality and behavioral style.  It does not measure intelligence, aptitude, mental health or values. No one style is better or worse.  DISC profiles help you and your team:
